Open Studio Group
Open studio groups are for attending to your spiritual, creative, and intuitive parts. Zero art experience is required. Just an attitude of wonder and curiosity at what will show up for you in your art.
Open studio begins with a short meditation to set an intention or check in with how you’re feeling, then about an hour of art-making of your choosing. I have pens, pencils, markers, oil and chalk pastels, acrylic and watercolor paint, and collage materials. After art-making, we’ll clean up and then come together as a group to share anything about your experience.

Mother’s Day may be an especially stressful, anxious, and sorrowful time for grieving parents. Not only might the day magnify who is physically absent from your life, but you might also feel alienated from the community of parents around you. If this description speaks to you, join Ali Haeffner, MA, LPCA, ATR-P of Infinite Within and Joanne Zerdy, PhD of Inviting Abundance in an expressive arts and movement workshop. Our aim is to create a supportive and creative space where grieving mothers and partners can step out of the shadows and into the light as they build resiliency and community. We welcome mothers and their partners who have experienced pregnancy and/or infant loss to join us.

The birth you didn’t expect: Healing through connection, compassion, and creativity
Join Ali Haeffner, MA, LPCA, ATR-P for a workshop that combines didactic information about birth trauma, space for sharing your story, and an art therapy directive designed to honor and heal from your experience. No matter how long ago you gave birth, or how it compares to other birth stories, if you find yourself thinking, replaying, and feeling haunted by your birth experience, you belong in this workshop.
